Drinking tea has become a staple in my routine. I always start my day off with a HOT cup of tea. There's something about boiling the water and pouring the hot water into your cup that I find soooo relaxing. It brings a sense of calmness and comfort when I do.
Growing up, I always remembered my mom making a hot cup of tea before she went to bed. She felt drinking a hot cup of peppermint tea not only calmed her stomach but helped her to relax before she went to bed.
