Water + Lemon = Many Benefits...

Every morning I wake up and drink a cup of water with lemon (after I brush my teeth..of course).

Let’s be honest, after a while the taste of water just become boring and a bit unbearable to drink. That why I love adding lemon juice to my water. In general, water is beneficial however water with lemon 🍋 is even better.

Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning allows your body to ”wake up” and naturally flush the body. It can improve digestion, increase metabolism and aid in maintain a healthy weight.

Lemons contains about 30-50 milligrams of vitamin C which is needed for collagen production for smooth, healthy skin.
