Refund Policy

Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, evidence of perfumes, washed, or altered in any way will be rejected.

ROUTE+ CUSTOMERS 

Please check your order confirmation and check to see if you have purchased Route. If so, please visit https://claims.route.com/ and file a claim regarding your damaged item. Route will review your case and issue a refund.

 

The return policy below applies to those customers who did not purchase Route.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please contact us within TWO DAYS after delivery, if you receive a defective item. We will place a replacement order for all defective order items received. You can return anything, except for bath salts, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Refund or store credit will be issued in 7 days once delivered to us

  

HOW TO MAKE A REFUND

We accept returns of eligible items for store credit when postmarked within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To generate a return, please email us at hello@sundayrituals.co to request and provide a reason for your return.  Once you have notified us of your return and have received approval, take the parcel to a local post office or courier and pay for the postage.

Sunday Rituals is not responsible for the shipping fee of a return parcel and does not provide return labels. 

Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense

 

SHIPPING/ FREE SHIPPING REFUNDS

  • For orders that have enjoyed free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional fees to cover any costs incurred.

 

 

GIFT CARDS/ STORE CREDIT REFUNDS

Gift cards purchased and a store credit issued by Sunday Rituals cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

 

 

The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
