Hi, I’m Sarah.
My work is rooted in the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, and the rituals that help us feel at home within ourselves again.
As a wellness educator and meditation teacher, I support individuals, intimate groups, retreats, hotels, and businesses through private sessions, guided meditation, breathwork, holistic wellness consulting, and custom wellness experiences.
Some people come to me during seasons of stress, burnout, transition, or emotional overwhelm. Others are looking to bring a deeper sense of care and intentionality into their workplace, retreat, hotel, or community space.
I believe wellness should feel human, not performative. The work we do together is gentle but practical, intuitive but grounded. It is about creating small, sustainable ways to calm the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and build a life or environment that feels more aligned.
