Sunday Rituals is the space I created to help you slow down, reconnect, and live with more intention — inspired by my favorite day of the week.

Sundays have always been my sacred pause, the time I slow down and truly nurture my body, mind, and spirit. It’s this feeling I want to share with you: the exhale, the presence, the deep care that makes everything else feel lighter.

Through 1:1 guidance, group programs, retreats, and corporate offerings, I blend nervous system-aware practices, energy work, and herbal wisdom to help you return to the version of yourself that feels most true.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

My work is deeply personal. It began with my own unraveling — years of burnout, chronic acne, and feeling emotionally disconnected despite doing “all the right things.” I looked polished on the outside but felt scattered on the inside. Nothing truly shifted until I slowed down. Until I listened inward.

That journey led me to herbalism, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and the power of daily rituals. Through these gentle practices, I found my way back to myself — not in one big moment, but in quiet, everyday choices. The kind that soothe your system and remind you that peace is possible.

Now, I support people in doing the same: reconnecting with their bodies, softening their inner voice, and creating space for a slower, more intentional way of living. My approach blends plant wisdom, nervous system support, and grounded guidance — always with compassion, never with pressure.

This is the heart of Sunday Rituals: a space to return to yourself, one breath and one ritual at a time.

The Heart Behind My Work

This isn’t just a business — it’s a path I’ve walked myself.

My love for slow, intentional living is deeply rooted in my heritage — summers by the sea in Greece, where my grandmother shared the wisdom of plants, and winters in the Norwegian mountains, where nature’s quiet taught me the value of stillness.

I’ve walked through seasons of burnout, chronic skin struggles, and feeling disconnected from myself. My healing came not from quick fixes, but from slowing down, listening inward, and embracing practices that nourished my body, mind, and spirit — herbal medicine, nervous system work, and sacred daily rituals.

Through Sunday Rituals, I offer tools and spaces designed to support nervous system health, emotional clarity, and soulful reconnection. This work is a blend of grounded guidance, herbal wisdom, and intentional living.

Because coming home to yourself shouldn’t feel like another thing on your to-do list. It should feel like an exhale.
